What is WillSafe?
WillSafe is a curated lifestyle, access and mobility platform connecting people to exceptional places, experiences, services and opportunities across Nigeria. WillSafe Ride is one of the services under the WillSafe brand.
What is WillSafe Ride?
WillSafe Ride connects riders with verified professional drivers. Riders can discover available drivers, view their profiles and contact a selected driver to arrange their journey directly.
How do riders book a ride?
Riders can visit the WillSafe Ride platform, sign in, explore available drivers and select a suitable driver. They can then contact the driver directly through WhatsApp to discuss their journey and agree on the fare.
Does WillSafe Ride determine or collect ride fares?
No. WillSafe Ride does not determine or interfere with the fare agreed between a rider and a driver. They communicate directly and negotiate their fare themselves. WillSafe Ride does not collect the ride fare or deduct commission from the driver’s trip earnings.
How does WillSafe Ride make money?
Drivers pay a weekly membership fee for access to the platform. This is a platform membership fee, not a commission deducted from individual trips.
Can drivers register with WillSafe Ride?
Yes. Professional drivers can submit an application through the driver registration form. Applications are subject to the platform’s verification and approval process.
Does WillSafe Ride operate only in Lagos?
WillSafe Ride is designed to serve riders and drivers across Nigeria, including all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. However, the drivers available to a rider depend on approved drivers who are online and available in that location.
Are all drivers on the platform verified?
Drivers go through an application, verification and approval process before their profiles can become active on the platform.
How can I contact a driver?
Once you select an available driver, you can use the contact option provided on the platform to reach the driver through WhatsApp and discuss your journey directly.
What if I have a problem with my account or driver profile?
Send an email to Support@willsafe.ng and include a brief explanation of the issue. Drivers should mention their registered email address or Driver ID where applicable.
How can my business partner with WillSafe?
Businesses and service providers can submit their information through our partnership page. Every submission is reviewed in line with WillSafe’s curation standards.
