How is my fare determined?
Contact your chosen driver on WhatsApp to discuss and agree on the fare and payment arrangements directly before the journey.
Does WillSafe Ride collect my ride payment?
No. Under the current service model, the rider and driver arrange fare and payment directly with each other.
How can I become a driver?
Select Become a WillSafe Driver and complete the registration form. Your application will go through the required review and approval process.
What if I cannot see any drivers?
Make sure location access is enabled and try again. Drivers must be approved, active and sharing a recent location to appear in the rider dashboard.
